RAAFA Tas Governance

Governance is an inescapable factor of Association management. Because we are an Incorporated Body we have responsibilitiers under the Associations Incorporation Act 1964 which relate to the Articles of Association (The Constitution) and the manner in which we conduct our business affairs.

To maintain proper control and to provide appropriate guidance for all responsible office bearers it is necessary from time to time to issue Corporate Regulations which amplify the rules associated with a number of our activities and practises.
